Clinika OS is a Swiss-built clinic operating system — appointments, clients, billing, and clinical records on one calm, premium surface. We started it because the tools clinics actually use felt either bloated or amateurish, and clinicians deserve better.
Most scheduling software treats every appointment the same. A physiotherapy session, a psychology consultation, an aesthetic procedure, a dental check-up — they share calendar mechanics but almost nothing else. Soap notes, intake forms, before-after photos, tooth charts, crisis protocols, package tracking: all are vertical-specific concerns the generic tools punt on.
Clinika OS is built around that variation. The core is one calendar, one client list, one billing engine — but the clinical surface adapts to the clinic's vertical and country, gating features that don't apply and surfacing the ones that do. The result: a single tool that fits a small dental clinic in Zurich just as well as a multi-practitioner aesthetic studio in Porto.
And because all of this is health-adjacent, we hosted everything in EU/CH from day one — under Swiss revFADP and EU GDPR. Patient data doesn't leave the jurisdiction unless the clinic explicitly opts in. No tracking, no third-party data sales, no surprises.
Clinika OS is built by two co-founders in Switzerland — one on product and engineering, one on client relations and business. Both close to how clinics actually run.
