1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Clinika OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Clinika OS is a SaaS platform for appointment scheduling and lightweight client management, designed for small clinics and health practitioners. The platform is provided by lopes2tech, incorporated in Switzerland.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must not share your account with unauthorised persons

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. lopes2tech reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days prior notice.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you cancel mid-cycle, your account remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Store sensitive medical records (Clinika OS is not a medical records system)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Resell or sublicense access to Clinika OS without written permission

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored on Swiss servers and processed according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your clinic data. lopes2tech does not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Uptime and Support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Support response times vary by plan (1–5 business days for Starter, same-day priority for Premium).

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. lopes2tech may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clinika OS is provided “as is.” lopes2tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
